My fire alarm panel is showing a trouble signal. What should I do?
Do not silence and ignore it. A trouble signal means the panel has lost a device, a circuit or its communication path, and the system may not report an actual alarm. Note the exact text on the panel display and call us at (916) 970-0199 so we can tell you whether it is a battery, a device or a communication fault.
Can you take over service on a system another company installed?
Yes. We inspect, service and monitor systems we did not install. We start by documenting what is actually in the building and what condition it is in, then give you a clear picture of where the system stands before any work is scheduled.
